Hide fields from query in report if specific value not met

I have created a query that looks at @ 30 fields, and
grabs the records that meet 2 of 4 criteria.. i am trying
to make a report that shows @ 5 constant fields, and i
want to display only the fields that met the criteria for
the rest. help?
