Hide Fields in Pivot Tables

Hi,

I´m trying to hide the fields in a Pivot Table, the
problem I have is that the number of fields will change
every time I create this pivot table.

What I would like to do is to hide ALL fields and then,
unhide a particular couple that I´m interested on.

Anybody can help me??
