Hiding Categories to Other Users

How do I hide categories when allowing other co-workers
to view my Outlook calendar? I would like to only allow
my co-workers to view business appointments in my
calendar not appointments from other catergories such as
personal, volunteer etc.

Mark them Private - in the lower right hand corner of the appointment
window.
