Hiding columns problem

Hello All,

When I try to hide a number of columns in part of my spreadsheet, I receive
to following message:

'Cannot Shift objects off sheet'

According to the Microsoft website, this is because there are cells with
comments in the area that
is being hidden.
I cannot see any comments in the cells, even with show all comments enabled.

Can anyone help on this.

It could also be formats. Select a range of columns starting at the last
cell and come in and choose edit > delete.
