Hiding Completed Tasks/Global Enterprise Template

1. How do I hid completed tasks? I can hide columns but
cannot hid rows.

2. I have made changes to the enterprise global
template. Now when I open a project, I get this message
that says any changes that I make to the project will be
saved for this session only and that I should make changes
for all Project Server users by opening the global
template. Well I did that, made changes and I still get
this message.

3. Noticed that after I had made changes to the global
template, each time I opened one of my published projects,
I was asked to rename the Gantt and Entry views. Couldn't
open my projects until I renamed these views.

Thank you!

JD:

1) It depends on where you want to hide them. In PWA? In Project?

2) It sounds as though you're making some mis-steps with handling the
Global. This is evidenced by your question number 3. Please tell us
step-by-step what you're doing, otherwise it's difficult to respond.

3) You've polluted your enterprise global with copies of local views by
switching views while editing the global. To fix this problem, see the
following instructions:

Gary, I knew I had done something wrong! Man! I'll fix
the global but what I'm trying to do is this:

1. Print a project while in MS Project (the app) but not
have the tasks that are complete print out. I know I can
do this through reports but the problem with this is that
then I can't print the Gantt view.

Let me know if you can help.
