Hiding Names in a group email

I would like to group contacts so I can send one email to a number of people,
but for privacy reasons I would like the recipients to only see their name.

The only way is to do a Mail Merge. It works, but is a bandwidth hog as each
message leaves your computer one at a time.

Out the addresses in the Bcc field instead of the To field.
