Hiding Office 2007 Tool bar

I just installed Office 2007. While I like the way they have organized the
new toolbar, it takes up a lot of screen area. For example, in Access, I
rarely use the buttons on the toolbars. Is there a way to hide it so that it
can be retrieved easily?

double click on a name tag of the ribbon toolbar or
press ctrl + F1

the ribbon is stupid counter productive and takes up too much space.

I could say that its worse and more annoying than clippit the paper clip
animated character
that they killed.
