hiding pragragh with checkbox and checkbox in printouts too...

Hi there

I am editing a document and I need some idea advice.

I want Checkboxes next to 1-4 titles and when checked it would only show
related further details paragraphs .
When not checked then that title and related details should be invisible and
also not in printouts.


Document example..

Titles
1 - Working
2- not working
3- Absent
4- holiday etc


Further Details:

1- working
working from 9-5 everyday

2- not working
Not working anymore here

3- Absent
absent with out leave

4- Holiday
on holiday from april to sep
