Hiding Project Resource Costs

Is there any way to hide resources costs from certain pms? I only want pms to see cost rates of their resources

Tim:

The only way to hide a resource's cost from a PM, is to hide the resource
from the PM. If you can find an acceptable approach for applying that logic,
then you can use the RBS to create that type of access restriction.
