Hello,
This is my first post on this forum. It seems like a great group of
knowledgeable people.
When I go to hide a task I am prompted with the following...
/************
You will not be able to display a task once you hide it. Hiding a task does
not remove it from the originating project or to-do list. If you want a task
to be removed from the project plan, you should reject it instead of hiding
it. Rejecting the task will send a notification to the project manager so he
or she can remove the task from the project (to-do list tasks cannot be
rejected).
Do you want to continue and hide the selected task?
***********/
It seems as though hiding tasks can cause problems later on if one needs to
charge time against a task that has been hidden. In general should you not
give the ability to hide tasks to the user?
