Highlight current cell color

I'm using Excel 2003.

I'm trying to find a way to make the outline shown around the activ
cell a different color than white. By default, the column and ro
headers are colored orange, but the actual outline of the cell I a
currently in is white. I use Excel for files with LOTS of text, so i
can be difficult to see where I am on the page.

There is a program called 'RowLiner
(http://www.cpearson.com/excel/RowLiner.htm) that does exactly what
am trying to do, but it doesn't work with 2003. Everytime I try to ad
it, Excel crashes.

So is there a way to make that current cell's outline a customize
color in 2003?
