Highlight grid lines

Hi,

I've seen that it is possible to highlight particular lines (grid
for y axis) within an Excel bar diagram. Can anyone tell me how to achieve
that with Excel 2002?

In no version of Excel is it possible to format a single gridline on a
chart.
But you can add horizontal line to chart; see one or more of these:
