Highlight Identity needs to be highlighted at last 5 times.

I have tried so many times to get help on this, even from Microsoft, HP,
outside sources, and service provider, all to no avail. I now have Outlook
Express 6. I have 5 identities and when I log on and highlight my identity
it keeps jumping to the last one. It does that for all identities. How can
this be fixed. Also for last two days, couldn't print from OE6-got Script
Errors. At first I used Net Assistant. Corrected the problem but only for a
few hours. Then scripts came up again. Used People keep telling me I
should re-install OE 6 and Explorer but I am not technically inclined.
Also interest in changing to Outlook. Would that keep my
folders/email/addreses intact. Any costs for Outlook? Support (without
paying), etc. Also I have lost a lot of message, is there a way to retrieve
them?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
