Highlighting current record

Is there any way to highlight the current record on a
continuous form? Maybe make it's background color gray
or the font bold?

THIS WORKED BUT IF YOU CLICK A RECORD THEN SCROLL IT OFF
THE SCREEN THEN CLICK ANOTHER RECORD AND SCROLL BACK TO
THE ORIGINAL RECORD, THEY WILL BOTH BE HIGHLIGHTED.
