Highlighting different emails different colours in Inbox

How does one high light different emails from different people in different
colours for easy recognition in one's Inbox.

In OutLook Express its simple, but I'm extremely baffled as to how to add
this rule under Outlook XP.

Any help would be greatly appreciatted.
