Highlighting each point one at a time

I am using Powerpoint 2003 to do a presentation to our Board

I have multiple pages with multiple points on them - for example, this is an
example slide

Objectives
* Do More
* Sell More
* Buy more

I would like to have it appear so that on entry that the "Objectives' is
BOLD and the rest "dimmed"

Upon hitting "enter" I would like the "*Do More" to "pop out" and bolden

Hit enter again and the "Do More" reverts and the "*Sell more" Pops up and
boldens

Is this possible ? How ?

Not sure what you mean by "pop out" but it should be possible using a
combination of a font color change and bold reveal animations. Both are in
the emphasis section
