How do I color in cell for an employee to make a change and when I print I
do not want the highlight to print

How do I color in  cell for an employee to make a change and when I print I
do not want the highlight to print

Only for printing times, select all cells, apply "No fill" from
background color. This will clean all applied colors. Print the
worksheet and then undo to return to previous step.
