highlighting

Hi, Not sure if this is the right section to ask this
question. Here goes though. I have a document with
yellow highlighting in certain sentences. I don't know
what it is. Want to remove the highlighting, but I don't
see an option to do this. Can someone help?

Select the text, choose the Highlight button or menu item, and choose None.
If this is an earlier version of Word, the highlighting might indicate the
presence of a comment.
