Hightlighter in Powerpoint

I have one PC that is running WinXP sp2 and Office 2003 SP1 fully patched
(have not installed SP2 yet)

In Powerpoint if i bring up the highlighter, when I click to use the
highligther it moves to the next slide, it will not let me use the
highlighter.

What setting do I need to change to get this to work.

The pen features are not normally installed when using the "Typical"
installation method. You will need to install them.
