histogram to radar chart

In a frequency histogram the area represented by the bars in the chart is area proportional, if after the histogram is created it is converted to a radar chart are the shaded petals(areas) that are created still area proportional as in the histogram?

I would state that the areas are not proportional. The further you get
from the center of the radar chart, the greater the area is for a given
increase in radius. Like a circle: double the diameter, quadruple the area.
