I have contacted the support at powweb.com and they say that
frontpage extensions have been installed. I am getting frustrated, infact.

No they are not, because checking for the configuration file:
http://www.explorewindows.com/_vti_inf.html
returns a 404 page not found

If there is no _vti_inf.html file in the root, there are no extensions
for that domain.

No I don't troll, but being an MVP, even if not FP, one would think they'd
be smart enough to figure out the basics, and one of the basics when using
FP is to make sure your extensions are working properly if you want to use
the FP goodies.

hmm, I never use frontpage except for just creating the perosnal web pages
once in a while.I have never used frontpage extensions before. support at
powweb, which I guess is one of the top hosting solutions themselves are not
able to fix the install problem for tha past two days.I am trying to figure
the problem and put it across sensibly to powweb.
