Hit Counter will not count. It is stuck on 1.

From within IIS MMC, run a check on the extensions for the specify web under All Tasks.

Ok, that is correct, so now open the web in FP, then remove the counter, save the page, run Tools |
Recalculate Hyperlinks, re-open the page and add the counter, save and test.
