hit delete and error states msg. already del. or removed from ser

When I try to delete some email , an error will come up that I have either
already deleted it or it has been removed from the server. I haven't viewed
the email prior to this, so I have no idea how it could be removed already.

If you can please let me know what I can do to set this up differently that
would help a lot!
