Hitting Send Button on Email But It will Minimize Instead

Hi there -

I have a user here who is using Outlook 2003. When he clicks the Send
button on a new email message rather than the email sending it will minimize
on his screen.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so is there a fix for it?
