I upgraded Word 2000 with Word 2003 MSDN version on my
Windows XP Pro desk top. I chose the option to remove
Word 2000 while installing. Other Office 2000 components
are still on the PC. AFter this, while logging in
remotely (using the remote Desktop feature) I get an
error saying "hkcmd module has encountered a problem and
needs to close" Can anyone give me a resolution to this
problem?
