Holidays in Entourage

I can not load holidays for 2007 in Entourage version X. I understand
software does not load past 2006. Is there a download or patch. I go to
file-import- US holidays but nothing happens.

It is quite possible that the holiday file in vX doesn't extend past 2006
(that is six years ahead, after all!)

First, check that you have all the latest updates for vX installed, it is
possible that the holiday file may have been updated during the vX
lifecycle.

If that gives no joy, the holiday file is in a simple text format, and is
probably the same in v2004, so if you can 'borrow' the holiday file from a
2004 installation and replace the vX one, that may work as well.

Better still, get someone to drag the hoildays you want out of their v2004
calendar where they will form a series of vcs files, which you can drag into
your calendar.

Unfortuately the latest update does not include a holiday update. What
you describe sounds very complicated. I will just have to input by hand
and hope for an update.

If the Holidays file has been updated, you'll need to import the new
holidays. Go to File > Import, choose to "Import Holidays", and follow the
instructions. See if afterwards you have holidays going past 2006 in your
calendar.
