Home and Student Upgrade to Office Standard - OneNote lost?

I purchased a laptop from Dell with Home and Student already installed. I
already own the 07 Office Standard upgrade which I plan to install so I will
have Outlook. Question: Will that installation take away my ability to use
OneNote - which came with Home and Student?
