Home desktop to laptop file sharing

Hi. I have a desktop w/Windows XP Home and a laptop w/ Windows Vista. I am
currently connected to the internet via a wireless Lynksys router. I am
trying to hook up my network so I can transfer files from my desktop to my
laptop. Ive tried and tried and cannot get it to work. HELP!

This newsgroup discusses Microsoft Access - a database program. There
are lots of Windows newsgroups and Windows networking resources on the
Web - you'll easily find step by step howtos I reckon.
