When you do repost over in a Word newsgroup, you might want to give them
some actual details, like Outlook version, Word version, Windows
version, and just what DOES happen when you hit the Home key and WHAT
was the content of the document at the time you hit the key.
Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
