I need a program that I can use with Office 2003 Professional Edition and XP
Pro. I just upgraded to these. I used to use Symantec's TalkWorks Pro and it
will no longer function. Can anyone suggest a program that will answer my
phone, forward messages and send and receive faxes? Thanks.

Windows Fax can send and receive faxes but it does not support distinctive
rings for Voice and Fax. So, it will answer all calls as fax calls.

The alternative is to install an external switching device to your phone
line. You can find some here:

Since you are using XP Professional with Office you can use Outllook to send
your faxes. But forwarding of faxes as emails is supported for Win2K3
server.
