How many computers can I install Microsoft Home & Student 2007 on?

I have seen about 5 posts on the web saying you can install it on 3
computers but can't find any reference to this on Microsoft's Website or any
magazine that has written reviews on it.

Does this also apply to Microsoft Outlook 2007?
