homepage won't publish changes

Hello,
My homepage won't publish changes. It says its it published
sucessufully. Could this be my hosters fault? Other pages in my website
publish fine.

Your home page on the server is named index.html Make sure your local copy is named the
same ( rename it if it isn't ) and then publish it again.
