Horizontal layout on Report with no Gaps

I am making a phone book type report, with people listed under one last
name/department. I can get the report to display the names as follows by
setting the File - Page Setup - Columns property to 10 columns.
eg: Jack Anthony Mike Judy
Mandy

What I want, is no gaps in the result, seperated by only a comma and one space
eg: Jack, Anthony, Mike, Judy, Mandy

Is there any way to make this happen.
