Horizontal Lines gone

Hi,
Using Word2002. This horizontal line procedure used to work fine - I haven't
used it for a while so I don't know what has changed.
Anyway, when I try Format | Borders & Shading | Horizontal Line, I get an
error window
"Microsoft Clip Organiser
Unspecified Error - error code 0x80004005
OK / Cancel"

If I click OK. I am left at the Horizontal Line window. If I try to "search"
for search text nothing happens. If I try to "import" and select any old
graphic it then wants to know which collection I want to add it to - there
is a directory showing called My Collections with a plus sign beside it -
but the directory won't open when I click it.

Any ideas anyone?
