HORIZONTAL SCROLL BAR IN EXCEL 2003 DOES NOT WORK

Though I checkmarked this option in the Options/View menu, the horizontal
scroll bar still did not appear.

Is this an existing problem?

Are you sure you can see all of the window? (Maybe it's just off the visible
area.)

Window|Arrange|Tiled
and resize the way you like.
