Horizontal scrolling screen saver displaying name and organization

Hi

Something that looks like a screen saver displaying a horizontal scrolling
text bar in the centre of the screen suddenly appeared. It has a light blue
background. The text appears to be the name and organization info that is
entered when Office is installed.

What is going on?
