I would like to configure the tri-fold calendar page such that each sections
appear horizontally, rather than vertically. For example, I'd like to use a
portrait page setup with the top third of the page being a monthly calendar,
the middle third a weekly calendar, and the bottom third notes. I am using
Outlook XP. Is it possible in XP or in 2003?
