Hosting service...? any good one

Thats a really good question for which i have no answer...
its the company's i work for site

i do want a fast service tho
custumer suport (since im a newbie)
able to support flash and other macromedia
also FrontPage
autoresponders
password protected subfolders/pages
etc.

If you know any one who mets that criteria, please let me
know..
(and if theres a formula or whatever to calculate the kind
of bandwith i need and the other stuff.. hehe, tks)
