Hot Spot allows you to create an area on a web page that you can assign a
hyperlink to.
example: A picture of three different flowers in a garden. Create a Hot
Spot around each flower and insert hyperlink to a page about that flower.
It has the same function as the hyperlink button with the exception it
allows you to select a part of an image or many parts of an image rather
than the entire image.
