I want to create a newletter that i can distribute in the body on an
email. I understand that i can convert a publisher file into html. my
question is must i use publisher or frontpage to then create links. i
only have one page but i want a menu at the top that will move the user
along the page. i cant find a way to create this in front page unless
i put things on seperate pages. must i use frontpage or a similar html
viewer/creator.

thanks

Convert to a one-page Web publication. Insert hyperlinks to points in the
document. You will lose some of the features of a print publication, e.g.,
text wrapping around graphics (the workaround is multiple text boxes...then
you have to fool with the placement for line spacing). We use the ListBuilder
Add-in and then send as an email through MS ListBuilder. You can include HTML
code fragments, too.
