Does anyone know why I cannot get my hotmail account to recieve emails to
my Outlook express?
Probably because you have Outlook Express configured incorrectly.
There are newsgroups which support Outlook Express - but this isn't
one of them; the "access" in the name microsoft.public.access refers
to the database program Microsoft Access. Please scroll down the list
of newsgroups to
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.outlookexpress
They'll be able to help you there.
