In both outlook express and Outlook XP
With a Home XP system with multiple profiles
Under one profile
I follow the steps to add my hotmail account to either of
the above products and it keeps kicking back up the
username and password prompt. With no error statement just
popping up the box.
Under separate profiles it logins in fine. How do you
reset the mail application settings without creating a new
user profile in Home XP. Just creating a new identity
won't work. No viruses been detected all add ware and
spyware has been removed. I am able to login using the
passwords and username into the hotmail.com website and
also login and setup the accounts under different profiles
except the one that I actually want to use.
