hotmail as default inbox

Hotmail as default inbox on Outlook Toda

I'm running Outlook. I've recently added my hotmail account to Outlook so
that I can read, send, and save emails directly from Outlook. The problem I
am experiencing is that on the Outlook Today it lists an inbox that is
associated with my archive not my hotmail. I am able to switch it to my
personal folder inbox, however it still does not show my Hotmail inbox. How
do I get Outlook to show my Hotmail inbox on the Outlook Today?
