hotmail & entourage

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hi,
I have set up a hotmail and aim email account in entourage 2008, but am unable to send from either. Can anyone help?

I get one error that says:
"Entourage cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is connected to the network.
Mail could not be sent.
Account name "Hotmail"
Error: -3260

Verify your Hotmail settings:

If they appear correct then verify that you have a connection to the
Internet by trying to surf somewhere with a web browser.
