Hotmail Favourite Folders disappear and accounts get mixed (Outlook 2003)

Sorry to post a new message, but I can't find this solution anywhere.

I am running Outlook 2003 and have 3 Hotmail email accounts set up in
it. Every now and then I get two problems, and they usually happen
together.

Most often problem is that I have added one of the hotmail folders to
favourite folders, and quite often I open up Outlook and it's not
there anymore... just disappeared.

Secondly, sometimes I click on one of the folders in the navigation
pane on the left, and notice the folders in the accounts are from a
different hotmail account, and discover that the emails in the inbox
(for example) are from this wrong account. I'll find the emails I'm
looking for in a different hotmail account! It doesn't matter if I
restart Outlook, try and update all of the folders (this sorts out the
folder list, but doesn't sort out the inbox), or run a
synchronisation... I have to restart the computer for the folders to
sort themselves out.

Not sure if it makes any difference, but I have marked all of the
folders for offline use.

Any ideas gratefully received.
