Hotmail folder synchronization issue

Hi

I recently installed Outlook 2003 on Win XP and have one Pop3 account and 4 hotmail accounts configured in there. They are all in one group and do a send/recieve together every 20 minutes. The problem is that every time I click on any folder on any of hotmail accounts, it will try to re-sync it. It takes time and is so annoying. I never saw this with OE 6.

Is there a way to disable this
