hotmail inbox in outlook will not work

MSN discontinued allowing access to Hotmail and MSN mail through Outlook or
Outlook Express as a free service. You have to purchase Hotmail Plus
account for 20.00/yr to do that. You can still access email on the MSN site
for free.
