Hotmail / MSN Accounts with Entourage

I have several hotmail / MSN accounts that I use. They were all
working fine for a while in Entourage and now they keep coming up with
the error that my name & password are invalid. I have deleted and
added the accounts several times still the same error. All the
accounts are correct and valid. I have set them up on another friends
Entourage account and no problems. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
I am up to date on all updates for Entourage.

Try using Keychain FirstAid.

Apple Keychain First Aid 1.0 - VersionTracker

It that doesn't solve it, try deleting preferences.

Well, I had already tried the Keychain First Aid to no avail. I did
however, attempt it again, but once again it did not solve the
problem. I then deleted the prefs for Entourage, but once again it
didn't work.

Did you double check account to see if password is still entered? If there
are permission problems it won't save.

Try to find where problem is located.

=============Troubleshooting Tips=================
First, create a new identity to eliminate corruption in current identity:

Entourage 2001: File-Switch Identity>Select New
Entourage X: Entourage menu>Switch Identity>Select New

If the problems go away, then your old identity is corrupt. You can try a
rebuild on your old identity.

If the problem existed in a new identity then create a new User. This will
eliminate corruption or conflicts in your User Folder:

In System Preferences: Users: Create a new user. Log Out/In to new user.
Open Entourage and see if the problems go away. (You might need to recreate
your account info.) If problems disappear then you know it's a conflict or
corruption in your user folder.

Other suggestions: Run Repair Permissions:

Run Repair Permissions after any software update from Apple and for other
software updates. To use. Open Disk Utility in your ~/Applications/Utility
folder. Click on the First Aid tab and select Repair Permissions. Don't run
from CD as updates have a newer version of Repair Permissions.

If you shut down your computer overnight, you need to run the cron jobs that
Apple has set to run at 3AM. Download MacJanitor here:

Restarting often fixes many problem.

Ran repair permissions, created new identity, uninstalled Office,
restarted, re-installed office, all to no avail.
