what do I set the POP 3 and SMTP ,

You will need Outlook 2002. That was the first version of Outlook that
supported HTTP e-mail accounts, so create an HTTP e-mail account in
Outlook.

OL2002 only support 1 Hotmail account per profile. You could define
multiple mail profiles with one HTTP e-mail account in each for Hotmail
but that's a real pain. Or you could get Hotmail Popper to run as a
local HTTP-to-POP3 proxy. You define a POP3 e-mail account in Outlook
[Express], any version, and have your e-mail client connect to the POP3
side of the proxy and let the proxy's HTTP side connect to your HTTP
webmail provider (Hotmail). YahooPOPs is an equivalent proxy for
accessing Yahoo accounts (without having to pay Yahoo for access to
their POP3 server).
