hotmail Synchronize

I am using outlook 2003 and I have configured my Hotmail account with it. I
have my contacts and calander setup. What's happening is if i am currently
reading my email messages and I want to open a calander or my contacts and
after going back to the hotmail account i can't send any messages its always
taking me to the hotmail verificatin screen where i have to match the words
on screen and then it lets me send and recieve emails.
If anyone knows how i can fix this i would be very greatfull to you.

Is this a free Hotmail account? If so, you're stuck with it because
Microsoft has disabled access to free Hotmail accounts with OL and OE.
